We really believe anyone should be able to enjoy horses, so we are proud to have the lowest prices for riding lessons in the area. We would like to keep it that way. In an effort to keep our prices low, the following is our cancellation policy:
1. Clients can cancel without penalty up to 24 hours prior to a scheduled lesson. We know that plans change, children get sick, and so on. Advance notice of 24 hours will give us time to fill the slot with another paying client. For cancellations with less than 24 hours notice (or no-shows), clients are expected to pay the full price of the lesson.
2. Clients who have bought lesson packages will get priority when scheduling. For those without a package, we ask for advance payment of 50% to secure a scheduled slot. Please pay the remainder at the time of the lesson before leaving the barn.
3. In some cases, we do need to cancel lessons at the last minute due to things outside our control, like the weather. These cancellations are usually in the best interests of the horse, and are at the sole discretion of the instructor. (Needless to say, if this happens, you won’t be charged.)
